Payment Policy

50% deposit is required on the reservation date in order to confirm your reservation and full payment is required two weeks prior to your check- in date.

No-show Policy

Reservation not cancelled in advance will be treated as no – show and are non-refundable.

Early Check-out Policy

When we receive your reservation, a room is assigned to you and removed from our inventory for the length of stay that is requested, thus early check – outs without 7 days’ notice will not qualify for a refund of the unused days.

No Smoking Policy

Our Hotel Rooms are 100% smoke free. The fine for smoking inside the room is US $100 dollars.

Incidentals Policy

Customer Credit Card may be charged for incidentals which includes any unpaid food/drink consumption, any additional services, and damage in the room or on the property caused by guest (s).

Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations must be confirmed by email.

If reservation is cancelled 30 days before arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full less 10% administration fees.

If a reservation is cancelled 7 to 30 days before arrival date the deposit made will not be refunded.

If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date you will be charged for the entire booking unless the room can be filled.

No Pets Policy

No pets are allowed in the premises.
